Hi Bill,

As you know, neither my husband nor I were present at the inspection, but we did receive your report from our realtor and were very impressed. The digital photos with descriptions were very valuable. Even if we had been able to attend the inspection, I doubt we would have remembered everything that was pointed out (as was the case with our first home purchase a few years ago). Having everything noted and clearly depicted with suggestions added is a great resource for a new homeowner.
